"Working with Sally has been so helpful to me. Having suffered with severe hayfever since the age of eleven, I had felt there was no escape and that three months of every year almost had to be written off. I would spend my time trying to avoid pollen, daring not to open windows regardless of how how hot it might be and often having to sit inside when everybody was outside because my symptoms would get so bad. I would be dosed up with the strongest tablets I could get, nasal sprays, eye drops and any other medicines and remedies I thought might just help but they never really did much more than make it slightly easier to tolerate. I didn't think that there was anything out there that could help.
However, working with Sally has given me the chance to enjoy summers again. We spent time working to discover what had triggered the hayfever and this in itself was therapeutic in enabling me to open up about issues that I had perhaps never realised had affected me so deeply. The work helped me to resolve some of these issues in my head and as a result my hayfever symptoms reduced dramatically. I have not used hayfever medication for the past three years and now feel much more relaxed and able to enjoy the summer. I am now working with Sally to overcome my epilepsy."

To give up smoking I tried will power, the Allen Carr book and nicotine patches but repeatedly failed. I felt very edgy, hungry and unhappy, obsessing about denying myself cigarettes and feeling constant withdrawals.
