Your first Working session with me is a FREE CONSULTATION which will take approximately one hour. We can do this first session by telephone, or at my consulting rooms in Keswick. During this CONSULTATION – I help you to establish your GOAL, that is, what you want to achieve from our therapeutic Work together.

I will assess and inform you of about how many therapeutic sessions we will require to achieve your goal, and I will be able to inform of you of how we will proceed, and how therapeutic intervention will work to help you. I offer you one to one therapy in an entirely safe, private, comfortable and totally confidential environment.

During your therapy with me – you will be given as much advice and support that you need between sessions. You will be given a FREE therapeutic CD – to assist you towards your goal – in the days between each session.
