RESOLVE MIGRAINE
Pain in the head, as we all know, may be a warning signal. So before
you consider contacting me for help with Migraine and headaches –
you must first have spoken with your doctor.
Once you’ve checked with your doctor – instead of reaching for the
pills – which can have many harmful side effects – please do contact
me.

You have probably done most everything to avoid what you consider
triggers your Migraines or head aches – as Vicky did.
For example avoiding certain food, certain alcohol (alcohol
avoidance I must add did not apply to 8 year old Vicky!) –or
avoiding certain weather conditions and so on. The cause of your
experience of your head pain is as unique as you are – is as unique
as your life experiences.

Your FREE ASSESSMENT CONSULTATION
will last for approximately one hour and can be done by phone, SKYPE,
or face to face at our consulting rooms in Keswick, Cumbria, in the
English Lake District. If travelling to Keswick for a weekly session
is unwieldy for you I can often conduct Therapy Sessions by phone.
However face to face Work, though not always essential, can often be
much better, in that for example, by phone you may tell me that you
are comfortable and relaxed, and face to face I can observe from you
breathing, heart rate and so on that in fact you are uncomfortable.
